SO. Aside from moving soon, I've landed myself a new temporary job that has me out of the house from 3:30ish pm to anywhere between 10 and midnight PST until Sunday, after which I need to wait for my next schedule. WHAT THIS MEANS is that I'll probably be tagging into things late and only be tagging mornings/early afternoons and for a little while when I get home. If there's something you'd like me to jump on, feel free to pop me a link in a PM or email (kamioakira @ gmail), otherwise I'll be poking things at random ♥

This goes for Jiu Wu, Kamio, Ryuusei, Ma Chao, Nagi and Koyomi ♥

[ Age ] appears 16/17

[ Height ] 152cm

[ Weight ] -

[ Medical Info ] She's dead. She won't bleed if injured, and her body is cold to the touch. She's only able to move and speak/think on her own because of the magical energy Haruto regularly transfers to her. She is thought to be a leftover Gate (person with magical powers) from when a Phantom (plastic suit monster) was born--usually, when a Phantom is born, the Gate will die completely, and the Phantom will continue to use their body to walk amongst humans; she was somehow saved by the White Mage, and put in Haruto's care. And then Canon Updating happened, in which we learned that she is the daughter of a scientist called Fueki Sou, also known as the White Mage. She passed away prior to the series of an illness Fueki failed to find a cure for, and in his words, she is "a puppet containing the Philosopher's Stone". IN OTHER WORDS, she's a homunculus. The Stone is what prevents her body from falling apart, and the mana transfers from Haruto are what keep it strong. According to Fueki, she is his entire reason for living, and she is his hope. Currently she is unaware that she is the Philosopher's Stone, though she does know that Fueki is her father and how she died.

Running with the homunculus thing, more canon reveals that the real Koyomi's body is no longer in existence, and her body was created by Fueki in order for the real Koyomi's soul to later have something to attach to. That said, she has no human soul.
She doesn't need to eat, drink, or sleep. If her energy runs out or is taken from her, she will go back to being a corpse.

[ Birthday ] November 18, 1993

[ Eyes ] dark brown

[ Hair ] dark brown

[ Physical traits ] She's tiny. Always wears a large ring on her right hand, and always dressed in mostly simple gothic lolita-type clothing (frilly dresses, lace, etc). She usually wears an overcoat or some sort of cloak when she's out, and always wears long sleeves (very little skin exposed).

[ What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her ] Basically anything, she just may not believe it.

[ Abilities ] She's able to watch Haruto/track people/track familiars using her crystal ball, and she can see Phantoms disguised as humans.

CANON-WISE though not necessarily related to her: The mages' magic is very similar to alchemy, as far as using certain types of circles for certain types of things (think FMA's transmutation circles). It just doesn't quite follow the same rules as "true" alchemy would.

[ Notes for the Psychics ] She has no memories of any time prior to meeting Haruto (about 6 months before the series begins). She doesn't have a soul and will ping as dead, and she will ping as some sort of magical being owing to Haruto's magical energy being in her. She definitely worries that she's a burden on Haruto, and she does get a little depressed about it. Haruto is in 99.9% of her thoughts.

[ Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc? ] The first two ask, the second two, go for it. She just may not react well to it.

[ Maim/Murder/Death ] Ask first. You're likely to get mafia'd by Haruto.

[ Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact ] She dislikes being touched by strangers and WILL jerk away because she's afraid people will find out what she is (dead/her body is cold) and reject her for it. She'll accept it once she feels you've accepted her as she is, though, and considers you a friend.

[ Cooking ] She doesn't need to eat or drink, and may not even have a sense of taste. She could probably make something simple, though.

Character: Koyomi
Series: Kamen Rider Wizard
Character Age: ~17

Canon: When you feel you'll fall into despair, the so-called Wizard Souma Haruto is there to be your final hope. Armed with the Wizard Rings, he sets off to find Gates, a special type of people who possess magical energy. When a Gate loses that which supports their heart -- a memory, an object, or a person -- they will die and give birth to a monster called a Phantom. Assisting in Haruto's quest to destroy the Phantoms and save the Gates are a motley crew of those he saved, a wizened old ringsmith, and a somewhat mysterious young girl with the ability to find Gates and to see Phantoms disguised as their former human selves. Haruto, along with his comrades, search for and fight the Phantoms with the desire of showing people that even in the darkness of regret, sadness, and desperation, the light of hope will always shine bright.

Koyomi is somewhat special in that she is what is assumed to be a leftover Gate from when a Phantom birth went somehow wrong: her memories from before meeting Haruto, her hopes, and her life were stolen from her. In essence, she is an animated corpse who requires Haruto's magical energy to survive. Perhaps because she knows how reliant she is on Haruto, Koyomi is utterly devoted to him and in spite of her physical limitations she supports him as much as she possibly can, whether it's revealing hidden Phantoms or finding magic stones from which new Wizard Rings can be made. She is usually calm, quiet, and well-spoken, but she will not hesitate to dish out a harsh word to those whom she thinks deserve it. At times, she can be quite stubborn and apprehensive towards people. Although she is grateful to Haruto, she worries that she is causing him more trouble and weakening him by taking his magical energy. Beneath a sometimes cold exterior, Koyomi is a young lady who is frightened of being rejected by people, and losing that which she holds most dear again.

Note: "Garu-chan" is what Koyomi calls Garuda, a bird-like familiar that is used for recon purposes.

Sample Entry:

Tell us about yourself in a few words.

Hello. My name is Koyomi and I both live and work at the Omokagedou Antique Shop. Oh, you've never heard of it? I suppose it is rather small and out of the way . . . we don't have many visitors, let alone paying customers. Your Camp seems far more secluded than our shop, though; I have never heard of it before. You can't have done very much advertising. It's a shame, your village is quite lovely.

Why are you joining our happy community?

I had followed Garu-chan thinking he had found another . . . well, thinking he had found something important, but I lost him near the mouth of the cave when I saw something big and purple going into the forest just off the path. I don't plan on staying, the others will worry if I'm not back soon. I'm not quite sure how far I walked to get here, but I should be able to return home as soon as I find what I lost. I hope he hasn't run out of energy already; he was just recharged before I left. Have you seen a small, red robot-like bird in the area?

Do you think you are good in a crisis? Why?

It's rude not to answer questions, you know! Nevermind, I'll look for him later.

Yes, I do think I am. I don't mean to boast, but I have been told I'm good at keeping a clear and level head during emergency situations. I'm able to remain calm and think rationally so as to help find a solution to the problem at hand. It does depend on the situation, I think; I don't know if I would be able to do it if I were--tired, or up against a pack of hungry animals I couldn't fight off on my own.

Do you believe in magic? Why or why not?

Of course! Magical energy is what allows m--Garu-chan and the others like him to move around. Just because magic is no longer common or well-know doesn't mean it no longer exists. Too many people reject or disbelieve in things they haven't seen for themselves, writing it off as a wild imagination or a silly trick.

What are your thoughts on the undead?

I apologize, but I won't answer that question. I think we're quite done here. I'll be leaving now--Oh! There he is.
